J’aime cette période qui précède une exposition, un temps de réflexion où chaque choix est une façon d’affirmer mon univers.

J’accorde un soin particulier à la mise en scène de mes œuvres qui trouvent leur écrin dans des cadres anciens, soigneusement sélectionnés puis patiemment restaurés. J’aime leurs imperfections, ces traces du temps qui murmurent une histoire silencieuse. Peints en noir, ils deviennent des présences discrètes qui dialoguent subtilement avec le noir profond et mat du papier. Leurs motifs délicats deviennent des apparitions fugaces dans l’obscurité.

Exposer, c’est choisir comment dévoiler son monde. Le mien est habité de contrastes subtils, d’ombres persistantes et de présences silencieuses.

I love the time leading up to an exhibition, a moment of reflection where every choice is a way of affirming my universe.

I take great care in the staging of my works, which find their place in antique frames, carefully selected and patiently restored. I cherish their imperfections, those traces of time that whisper a silent story. Painted black, they become discreet presences, subtly conversing with the deep, matte black of the paper. Their delicate patterns appear like fleeting visions in the darkness.

To exhibit is to choose how to reveal one’s world. Mine is inhabited by subtle contrasts, lingering shadows, and silent presences.
